WeCanInvent is not an invention submission company nor do I do any marketing analysis of your idea or invention. I am a very innovative Inventor and Mechanical Designer with over 35 years of experience as both a Journeyman Toolmaker and Engineer. I take the fear out of sharing your idea! If it is just that, an idea, relax! Together, We CAN Invent! I can, and usually do, suggest idea enhancements that can make your invention more appealing and/or more useful or enhancements that will allow more cost effective production of your product.

My service assumes that you have done enough analysis and market research of your idea or invention and want to take your idea to the next level; Design and/or Prototype. The process starts with me signing and sending a complete Non-Disclosure agreement. You would then email or mail copies of sketches, pictures, etc.

Welcome to the internet age. After the job of successfully designing and patenting my own consumer products, it's amazing to me that business ever got done without it!
So how can my experience help you?
I am not an invention submission company. I want nothing from your idea and I'll sign a non-disclosure agreement with you if you choose to have me help you with your invention.
I'm a Mechanical Designer with over 35 years of Product and Manufacturing Design experience. What my site and products will teach you is "How to think about Inventing", material selection, product design, prototyping, etc.
Why would you need to consult with an experienced engineer and inventor?
Did you know that an average of 250 patents per day, over 60,000 per year, expire because the inventor does not pay the first maintenance payment? That means the inventor shelled out their hard earned money to lawyers and maybe even some invention submission company and successfully patented a product or process. Why would they let the idea go and their protection expire?
There could be many reasons for this but the most common reasons are that the inventors attempt to commercialize and produce the product failed. The truth is a patent can be obtained for just about any invention that is unique. Unfortunately unique does not always equate to useful and marketable.
What is it worth to you to have an experienced engineer and inventor look at your idea, invention or product?
Is it worth $90.00 for an hour of my time to add my expertise and innovative advice to your invention or product? I will not waste your time, my time, or your money!
If you have invented something that is not manufacturable at a cost your target market will pay, we will discover that before design and prototype and fix it!
Is it worth $90.00 for an hour of my time to find out what it may cost to design and build a prototype?
If we agree that it is worth design and prototype, I will quote a firm price for producing the required engineering drawings or solid models to go forward.
Is it worth $90.00 to share your idea with an experienced engineer and inventor without any fear of your idea being stolen?
You are paying me for my service and in some cases be a co-inventor with you. I will sign and send you a Non-Disclosure Agreement before any details or ideas are discussed. I am your employee. I work for you!
Is it worth $90.00 for an hour of my time to brainstorm your idea and possibly improve and make it even more manufacturable or marketable?
For example: I am now designing a product to be used by big game hunters. By adding one inexpensive, interchangeable feature, I have expanded the use of this product to fishermen!
ALL OF THAT IS WORTH THE SAME AS THE COST OF A GOOD STEAK DINNER FOR TWO!
